I joined a class at my gym..."Dance it Off". I thought it was going to be fun and energetic. It was line dancing. Slow to medium line dancing. I'm not sure if I'm going back on Friday. It was a free class so I'm not out any money if I decide to ditch the class. i just cant' see myself line dancing 3 times a week with a bunch of other uncoordinated women. I'll just stick with my strength training, treadmill, and aqua aerobics. That coupled with walking the track at the high school should be plenty to help me lose the weight and gain the muscle that I want to.

That is pretty wierd! I've never heard of that one before, and I'm always a gym somewhere. Line dancing.... that is odd
Oh, I am sooo bad at line dancing. I think I'm doing okay and then next thing I know, I'm turned in the opposite direction as everyone else. I am horrible at line dancing!!!!
